A Letter of Thanks
I have had the best summer I could possibly have. I have more new experiences than I could have ever imagined. I have shed more happy tears than I thought possible. I have felt things I didn’t know I could even feel. I just want to thank everyone. And, I mean everyone. No matter how little we interacted, whether we didn’t even interact this summer but maybe last summer, or the one before that, or the one before that!
To all of you, my life would not be the same without you. So, just thank you for giving me even the smallest bit of your time. I couldn’t ask for better friends. I couldn’t ask for a better partner. I couldn’t ask for better anything.
With my senior year starting in one minute, I’m kind of overwhelmed, it is all kind of setting in for me I guess. It may just be that this past week has had great emotional events, the contents of I can’t even begin to get into. But, nonetheless, I feel different. I finally somewhat feel like a good person after all these years of high school. I feel loved. I feel happy. I feel thankful and privileged. I feel alive. So, again, thank you…
